The Story

Next on the 26 Things list was the word "Mechanical".

Luckily, Camden's a great place for mechanical stuff, at least, the canal lock is, and after dodging hordes of tourists and watching, fascinated, as two boats navigated the lock at the same time, I found my mark.

There, hidden under the footbrigde across the canal, was an old machine - I'm still not sure what it is - some kind of winch, I think.
