Cherry Avenue
The Story
There's something special about London in spring time when the cherry trees are in full bloom.
The blossom wafts on the air like confetti thrown at a wedding, brightening dull grey pavements with a carpet of pink and white.
It never fails to make me smile.

Comments
It made me slightly giddy to look at this photo more closely today and realize something I had overlooked before in the beauty of the whole thing. I think the fact that I have now walked down the neverending Fairbridge Road gave the photo a special sort of magic for me. I'm glad that you gave me an opportunity to experience it firsthand.
I still swear the road gets longer depending on how tired or how late you are.
