Can you tell what it is?
This is also one of the very few images of mine currently available as a print.
Your "Shaped By Light" is stunning, Pix.
This must be an aircoditioner!
What's my prize? :D
Nope. Not an airconditioner :)
next?
Is it some sort of girl's device for farting about with your hair - like a hair dryer?
Nope.
Grill on a radiator or car.
At a quick glance looks like a razor blade, but I'm not sure now...
looks like the side of a flatbed scanner to me.
Looks like some kind of air vent for an appliance.
Radiator vent?
I go with the vent in an auto.
It's a PS2. Or an Xbox?
Okay, I've kept you all in suspense (of a kind) for long enough.
ozguru and courtney got it - it's a radiator vent.
Specifically, it's a photo of the radiator vents that run down the side of the windows on the Eurostar train, taken when I was heading to Paris for a long weekend, and taking my first trip on the Eurostar.
Of course, it wasn't actually that colour, but I was playing around with it in photoshop, and it just kind of screamed for that kind of tinting.
its a radiator vent!?
.o0(damn.... late again!)
Do I get 1/2 points for saying "vent" in a sentence? :)
A cool shot, and great for this week's theme. I really like the way the image blurs into the distance.
