There's a very good reason why I try and stay away from other people's cameras.
In fact, there's about 20 very good reasons currently floating around flickr, as a result of @media socialising.
Other people's cameras get one's odd, bumpy, freaky, wtf'y and downright oh-my-gawd! do-i-really-look-like-that? kill-me-now... side.
It feels wrong to let this event pass unremarked.
So.
I propose a vote.
View photos tagged with pixeldiva then view photos tagged with my actual name. If you're feeling very brave indeed (or haven't eaten in a while), you can even click to view the true horror in it's larger version.
Then come back here, and leave the url of the one you think is the worst in the comments.
The winner will be the one with the most votes, and will receive the coveted title of "worst photo of me ever" and thenceforth, I shall carry a large brown paper bag around with me, just on the off chance anyone has a stray camera with them at any public events.
They are all lovely.
Like you.
(That's the right thing to say - right?)
Well 'knitting ecstasy' is now firmly in my flickr favourites list. You look so jolly! Either that or you're about to eat that sock.
However, nothing comes close to this one for sheer comedy value (by which I, of course, mean loveliness)

Surely the photo I took wasn't that bad, Ann?! :)
I'm not going to link to any of the photos, cos you're fab in all of them! I have to agree with Jim about the comedy value of Matt's shot though.
I'm going to win this, aren't I?
;)
This one's pretty bad.

Ok, that's no funny but I followed the links like you said.
I'd have to say this one (Yes, Matthew, I'd say it was a fair bet...)

awesome. :D
They're not that bad. I have some way worse ones of you in the recesses of my puters that look nothing like you, though I blame the photographer more than the subject (and no they will not find their way to public view ever).
I like the accessible/not accessible one.
Tom: ... and the prize for biggest suck up goes to....? (but, thank you) ;)
Jim: Jolly? That's spelled p-s-y-c-h-o-t-i-c, right?
Jon: Compared to what?!? (it's not the absolute worst ever, but it's not one of the more flattering photos of me that's floating around the web, that's for damn sure... :))
Matt: Looks like it's a toss-up between you and Jon...
Abi: heh.
H: Thank you.
I'm wondering if that is a knitting technique that you seem to be demonstrating?????
